Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Commercial Finance Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified finance professional to join a large, market-leading organisation operating within a fast-paced and commercially focused environment.
Reporting into a high-performing finance team, you will play a pivotal role in providing commercial insight, financial analysis and strategic support to senior stakeholders across the business. This is a highly visible position, offering exposure to key projects, investment decisions and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide commercial insight and analytical support for business projects, process improvements and investment appraisals.
• Support investment opportunities through financial modelling, analysis and post-investment reviews.
• Partner with operational and senior management teams, challenging and supporting business performance.
• Identify performance trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement, recommending corrective actions where required.
• Develop, enhance and utilise management information and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the rollout and adoption of self-service reporting capabilities across the business.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long-range financial plans.
• Monitor market and industry trends, assessing the impact on revenue, margin and costs.
• Deliver meaningful financial analysis and commercial insight to support business growth and profitability.
• Produce ad hoc management reports and financial information for key stakeholders.
• Contribute to business transformation, continuous improvement and strategic projects.

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing decision-making through data and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting projects, change programmes or transformation initiatives would be advantageous.
