Accountable Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Liverpool team, offering a salary of £24,000 - £25,000 depending upon experience. What you'll be doing as a Recruitment Resourcer:

• Proactively sourcing and engaging with top accountancy professionals
• Building relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and match them to the right opportunities
• Using job boards, LinkedIn, and our CRM to manage candidate pipelines
• Supporting with interview coordination and candidate management throughout the process
• Helping to grow our presence and reputation within the market

What we're looking for in a Recruitment Resourcer:

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
• A proactive and resilient approach - you'll enjoy picking up the phone and building relationships
• Excellent organisation skills (we work at pace and no two days are the same!)
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but we'll happily consider ambitious graduates or those with a background in sales, customer service, or administration
